Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) utilizes over 500 commonly used substances categorized primarily by their natural origins: plant/botanical materials (roots, flowers, bark), minerals, and animal products. These are then dispensed and consumed in various delivery forms, such as raw dried herbs, prepared powders, or topical pastes.

Meridian Massages (Tui Na)

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), meridians are the invisible pathways through which vital energy ("Qi") and blood circulate. "Meridian messages" refer to the physical and emotional symptoms (such as tension, pain, or organ distress) that indicate blockages or imbalances within these energy channels.

Gua Sha Therapy

Gua Sha is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) healing therapy. It involves using a smooth-edged tool to lightly scrape the skin, boosting circulation, easing muscle tension, and releasing stagnant energy (Qi). This technique is used for both body relief and gentle facial sculpting.

Cupping Therapy

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) cupping is an ancient therapy where specialized cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum. This suction draws the skin and superficial muscles upward, stimulating blood flow, releasing muscle tension, and promoting the free flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body.

TCM acupuncture is a core component of Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves inserting hair-thin needles into specific body points. It aims to balance the body's vital energy, or Qi, and restore harmony between Yin and Yang to encourage self-healing, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being.
